Thanks David - I hope some people see this - there are 1000's of real estate leads in your advice.
I used to call on Synovus in Columbus when I was in the commercial roofing business back in the '90s - good people and they have this awesome regional network of small town banks all over the South.
There are REO leads in every municipality in Georgia, and a lot of the local banks are the ones left holding defaulted builder loan inventories.
