You can have a buyer's agent to show you the home. It is always a good idea to have a buyer's agent working in your best interests when you're looking at property. A buyer's agent will represent you, not the seller, and at no cost to you. Buyer's agents are almost always paid by the seller, as the listing commission that the seller pays their listing agent is divided between the agent who represents the seller and the agent who represents the buyer. Even when you are looking at homes that are For Sale By Owner, many times the buyer's agent commision can be negotiated to be paid by the home seller.
I have represented many happy buyers, and I'd be glad to help you with your home purchase as well. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to get started.
