No for these reasons:
The phone number listed to the public is the borkers so you may or may not get any buyers.
These listings tend to have FSBO signs in the yard and other Realtors will not show these properties to their clients unless they have a signed buyers agency agreement. What is to prevent the buyer from calling you directly after the showing?
