Hi Greg,
I agree with Pam Winterbauer concerning standard commissions. There are no standard commissions in real estate. A standard commission would be in violation of Anti-Trust Laws.
Also, many management companies pay a finders fee to REALTORS for finding a renter.
If you own a condo under an association, you might want to ask them what they charge as the finders fee.
If you are renting out the unit yourself, but want a REALTOR to find the tenent, simply ask the REALTOR what they would charge. - Mon Nov 12 2007, 06:56
