Samer,

A quick question, which is more important to your future; purchasing a home - or getting a business loan in a tight lending economy?

I suggest speaking with a financial or business planner before taking any steps that could jepardize your options. - Yesterday, 06:56

Nao,

I'm not sure how easy it will be to rent a home in Warrendale in the current market. I do suggest joining a real estate investment club such as Wayne County REIA. There would be several experienced landlords in the group. (there are also REIA's in Oakland, Macomb, and Livingston County)

To get an estimate, you can go to http://moveinmichigan.com and narrow your search to the area or, search by map on the site below. enter 1 or 2 thousand as the maximum price on the first site and select advanced criteria on the second site to bring up a rental check box. - Yesterday, 06:49

Allison,

This home has forced air propane according to the details page. I you contact me through Trulia, I will look up the current property taxes. You can also use the State of Michigan Property Tax estimator.

Follow their instructions and make sure you enter the correct school district. The website below might have more properties than Trulia. details do require an email address. - Sun Nov 16 2008, 18:09
Gary Smith answered:
Michelle,

Any local real estate professional would be able to show you photos from 2005. There are six available. Question is, what does the property look like today.

Were you planning on purchasing the home online, or would you prefer to walk through the home with a real estate professional? - Sun Nov 16 2008, 17:38

where can I get the information I need to get a grant to help us buy a house?

Gary Smith answered:
Mindy,

I may be misinturpreting your question, so please continue your search for a grant.

At one time, homeowners could grant money to buyers through several programs. To the best of my knowledge, all or most of these were stopped by the Government on October 1st, 2008.

You might try these two websites.
http://michigan.gov/mshda
http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/rhs/

There are qualifications for both programs. - Sat Nov 15 2008, 17:07
