So you want to by a home? I understand this can be a long, tough, and tiring process. At the same time I know how rewarding it is once you find the home of your dreams. And when that happens, you are going to need an agent who has not only helped you find a home, but able to write a winning offer. I will not only help you find a home, but help you stay optimistic in the journey.
I have dedicated myself to real estate. Being in real estate has been a dream of mine for a long time. Rest assure that I will not only work hard in finding you a home, but around the clock. I think that the most important thing to have with a client when finding them a home is constant communication and availability.
One of the most important things in buying a home is the offer. When you finally find the home you want to make your own, you need someone who can put in an offer that will stand out above others. I have been trained to do just that.
I love working with everyone, from first time buyers, to seasoned investors. Either way I'm dedicated to finding you the home you'll love.
Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Ms-1. It's not that I'm trying to jip someone into buying a house above market value, it's just trying to get people to understand that just because there's a lot of foreclosures on the market, doesn't mean you're going to get a mansion for $100,000 in a popular area. I would never sell a home to someone above market value to make a profit. When you become a real estate agent, you agree to do fair and honest dealing, which is something I take seriously.
I just don't want buyers to expect unrealistic things, if you're looking for a home that is 150-200k, you have to be realistic about what's in that price range on the market. Just because there are tons of foreclosures on the market, doesn't mean you can buy a beautiful home with 4 bed, 2 bath, and gorgeous amenties! I just want people to know if you're willing to spend a certain amount of money that's fine, but you have to understand what kind of houses are in that price range. Even if it is a foreclosure.
I hope this helps you better understand my question and you don't think I'm trying to steal from anyone!
