About Me

George Vassiliades was born on the beautiful island
of Cyprus. He came to the United States as a Fulbright
Scholar in 1993. He is also a Licensed Marriage Family
Therapist.

George is an investor first, and loves to help his

Hi Gloria,

What you are looking for is not impossible but i think you are approaching it not in the best way.
If someone has a listing, and they let you call it and you make a private agreement with the seller, they wont get paid... you have to remember that most people here are agents and we get paid on commission... i personally do not have a problem postponing taking my commission until the lease is exercised but i would expect to get paid... nobody works for free, right? so you may want to rephrase your question :)
