How do you know what to offer on an REO? Comps are old -about 1yr ago so they are no help. The home is in NJ

I can give you an idea of what is reasonable to offer on any particular property or just an REO purchase in general. It may be beneficial to know what you're approved for. I can crunch the numbers and make it easy on not only you, but to make the realtors job that much easier. Give me a call.
