BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Prior to becoming a Realtor® I was a manager for several different retail businesses. This background makes it very easy for me to keep track of dates and times for my transactrions as well as providing me with the people skills that are needed. I have personally bought and sold homes and understand the process from both sides of the transaction. I feel that this personal experience makes it easier for me to explain the process to Buyers and Sellers and also makes it easier for me to understand their fears and concerns before, during and after the process.

BIOGRAPHY:
Having been born in Oregon and living up and down the West Coast, I have met many people throughout my childhood and have lived in many places. I have lived on Whidbey over 40 years and love it here! My Stepfather was a Master Chief in the Navy and both my husbands have been in the service. I have 3 children (2 girls and a boy) the girls live here on Whidbey and my son is a Commander in the Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA. Between my three children I am blessed with seven grandchildren. I enjoy reading and crocheting afghans for my clients and friends. I am very active on my local and state boards of Realtors, having served and now serving in positions on both boards. ... show more

Any time you can add an additional bath to a home it is always the better investment as far as return is concerned. In this case it would certainly be the better of the two options that you have presented. the best return is always a full bath (toilet, tub, sink) but if that is not possible the minimum should be a 3/4 bath (toilet, shower, sink). In this area, no matter the age of the home, adding a bath to a bedroom is always a good investment.
