As a Certified Instructor in Washington state my focus is to build our office with training and mentoring. Each agent can expect hands-on, one-on-one training & mentoring as often as needed. Each week we have no less than 3 training opportunities that include meetings, presentations, guest speakers, role-play, MLS forms, and peer-to-peer sessions. I guess my question is why are out of area agents answering questions about Whidbey Island? I think if you really want to know information about the Island you should pay attention to the answers from agents who actually live and work on Whidbey. - Wed Apr 23 2008, 14:06
