Craig is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by less than 4% of the agents nationally. Craig is a Certified Relocation Specialist which adds a greater skill level of care for any of his clients that are moving to or from Whidbey Island. Dawn Brooks "The Craig McKenzie Team" Licensed Field Assistant

In 2003, Dawn moved from Southern California to Whidbey Island with her husband and two children. Since her arrival in the Pacific Northwest, she has worked with Craig as his licensed assistant at the Windermere office in Oak Harbor.

Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, Dawn worked for Marriott Hotels and Marriott Vacation Club, Int., as an Executive Assistant for over 13 years. She enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends, which includes boating, entertaining, and traveling.
