Testimonials
"Mike did an exceptional job from start to finish. He listened to our needs and found exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough and made the home buying process an enjoyable learning experience. We found our REALTOR FOR LIFE!"
Mike Hauser & Lauren Cunningham Thu May 29
"Mike is a VERY MOTIVATED agent who worked tirelessly on our behalf. He was available to us at all times during the home buying and selling process and helped us every step of the way with both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one! It was a pleasure working with him and we recommend him to everyone we can."
Katie & Eric Brennan Sun Jun 1
"Mike is exceedingly personable, intelligent, pleasant, and professional. His wisdom far exceeds his years. In this tight housing market he used some very smart marketing strategies that worked and our house sold in less than a month and for FULL ASKING PRICE! His negotiating skills are outstanding"
Tina & Andrew Ament Thu May 29
"I have found Michael to be very detail-oriented, competent, and perceptive as it relates to fulfilling our requirement. He went above and beyond the duties of a Real Estate Agent. I was out of the state during the entire process and he was able to hire a locksmith, cleaning service, and a landscaper at a reasonable price."
Jason Shields Tue Aug 15, 2006
"Rather than trying to sell us the first house that we saw, Mike encouraged us to look at many houses to help us decide exactly what we wanted. Once we found the perfect house, Mike helped us construct a contract to give us the best possible chance of acceptance. Our house had three competing offers, and although we could not afford to overbid, Mike included terms within our contract that made our offer stand out. Mike’s creative and clever terms are what got us this house."
First Time Home Buyers Tom & Julie Sussan Mon Feb 13, 2006
"Mike made our experience carefree. He took care of all the "behind the scenes" work for us and all we had to do is show up and sign the papers. As first time home buyers, we had our doubts that the entire home buying experience would be a walk in the park, but thanks to Mike and his help, it was."
Tony & Sarah Thu Oct 13, 2005
"Mike works harder for his clients than any full time agent that I've met. He always does the best for his clients and, after working on many transactions with him, he ensures that every transaction is smooth and seamless. I have seen Mike save his clients more than ten thousand dollars on a transaction and together, we've helped put many individuals into homes with little or no money out of pocket"
Jeff Judge Wed May 7
"As a first time home buyer I was nervous about making such a big investment. Mike took the time to educate me on the process and the market to the point that I felt I was certain I was making the right decision."
James Salusbury Wed Dec 5, 2007
"Michael did an excellent job. He was always available for questions and made us feel really comfortable. Even after everything was done, he took the time to come and check in on us!"

what schools would the kids attend?

~Michael Klijanowicz answered:
Loren,

You can go to my website at http://WWW.ISELLMDHOMES.COM and click on the Baltimore County Schools Locator link which is located at the right hand bottom side of the page. Once you go to the Baltimore County Schools website, you can type in any address and find the schools assigned to any prospective homes you are considering purchasing in Baltimore County. All you need is the property address... - Wed Nov 12 2008, 11:05

There have been plenty that have sold in the last 60 days. Trulia's data does not show ALL of the homes, but I can send you ALL of the homes if you would like. You can always check the following website yourself for any zip code that you want to see. All you have to do is enter in the zip code - 21128 (Perry Hall) and 21236 (Nottingham) and you will see a complete statistical breakdown between the different price ranges, days on the market, and other comparative stats from this time last year. The average days on the market for September 2008 were 90 compared to 84 in September of 2007. Each month the new statistics are updated around the 11th of the month. Feel free to visit the site below which is completely free and the data is from the same MLS database system that the agents use, so it is the most accurate information out there. This is where the newspapers get most of their information from as well. HOPE THIS HELPS!

In reference to how much they generally charge for reviewing your credit, giving you advice, and getting you pre-approved to purchase, it should be NOTHING! My loan officer will pre-approve you and review your information for FREE. Neither him nor I will get paid until we go to settlement. - Tue Oct 7 2008, 04:52
It really depends on your area. One way would be to go to "Google" and type in whatever county you are from and first time home buyers. If you are looking in Baltimore County you could type in "Baltimore County First Time Home Buyer Programs" and see what comes up. Just so you know, I have an excellent loan officer that I work with that would be more than willing to help you out if you are looking in the Baltimore County or Harford County areas. If you would like to have his information, feel free to contact me at your convenience.

Why do some condo listings show $0 for HOA?

~Michael Klijanowicz answered:
Because HOA stands for "Home Owners Association" and a condo usually doesn't have a Home Owners Association fee. Instead a condo usually has a "Condo Association Fee." - Wed Aug 27 2008, 07:21

Specialties
I am a top producer in my office and the areas that I serve! Generally speaking, I service the Greater Baltimore Metro Area (including Baltimore County and Baltimore City) as well as all of Harford and Cecil Counties. I specialize in working with just about any type of residential real estate transaction. I have worked with first time home buyers, families who are selling and upgrading, clients getting divorced and/or seperated, clients retiring and downsizing, clients relocating both in and out of the area, with expired/withdrawn listings of clients who listed with an agent before me who didn't live up to their end of the bargain, and YES even with some For Sale By Owners (FSBOS) too!

I am not in the business of buying and selling homes, I am in the business of building relationships with all of my customers and clients; lifelong relationships!
