My question to you is; Do you want to take on the responsibility of your client completeing the work and getting the city to re-inspect? If this is importatnt enough to your buyer, they will find a way to get to the city/county building. What will the buyer do when the city wants to re-inspect during the buyers work hours? When working in areas that require ACRs (acceptance of compliance responsibility) it is best to advise your clients on what they can expect and what is expected of them.
