At age 29, (1994), Carol Lee launched Golden Key Real Estate in Livonia, Michigan. 2008 will mark her 20th Anniversary as a Realtor, having closed more than 70 million dollars in sales
Carol built her company on a 3-pronged philosophy: Strong ethical standards; attention to details; and taking the time to listen to her clients. Carol's achievements have been realized because she makes business decisions based on identifying and meeting customer needs, not merely on profits.
Born and raised in the Livonia area, Carol knows the dynamics of the surrounding communities. She is familiar with schools, churches, shopping centers, market values, etc. making her highly qualified to provide information and give recommendations to clients.
As a licensed builder, Carol has built more than 15 custom and spec homes and completed extensive remodeling on others. This expertise makes her even more valuable as a Realtor.
Professionally, Carol has been involved in working with committees focused on developing professional standards for her industry. She has also served on the MLS, Grievance, and Member Services Boards for the Western Wayne/Oakland County Association of Realtors.
Presently, a Northville resident, she is the busy mother of 2 boys. Carol's husband is also self-employed. Carol Lee is truly a role model for other young women; she exemplifies the accomplishments that result from dedication and hard work.
