""Brian was great at helping us both sell our home and get our new one as well. First, he helped us buy our land that we built our home on, and helped us with that from start to finish, including Title work and all the details that needed to be done. Then, when we were ready to sell our home, we first tried to do what we were told would save us money, by using a discount agency. It was a miserable experience and we were disgusted with the service we received; there wasn´t any. What a waste of time, effort and lost money that was. After terminating that listing, we then called Brian and he put it on the market right away, held several open houses, advertised it in the newspapers, kept brochures in our yard sign in stock and worked hard to make sure our home sold. When we received an offer, it was a bit of a messy offer. But Brian never gave up and stuck with it, making sure that we received what we wanted, and made sure that we were protected from anything that could terminate the sale.
