About Me
Specializing in waterfront condos and homes on SInger Island and the northern Palm Beach markets. 10 year resident of Singer Island - with major focus on listing, sales and leasing of oceanfront condos from the north end of the island to Palm Beach Shores and over to the intracoastal side, Marina Grande, North Palm and Old Port Cove.
As an Accredited Buyers Representative, I also work with select Buyers on extensive real estate searches in the northern palm beaches including all golf course communities, Abacoa - Jupiter - Tequesta - and Palm Beach Gardens areas. Rentals and long term leasing has become an area of specialty with many fine properties and condos being offered for rent. My education and experience includes an MBA, Broker Associate, E-PRO and other certifications. I run a fully automated real estate office and all transaction can be handled via the internet and email communications.

After evaluting the specifics your want in your home/condo and the location, I will provide you with the price range for sale in this area. At that point, if you are financing, Illustrated Properties Mortgage Division will provide you with a free Pre-Approval Application and qualify you for your home purchase. These services are provided through the Village's well-maintained and operated parks system, and through organized and sponsored recreation programs.
