"Terry represented my mother in the sale of her FL home in connection with a permanent move back to New England to be closer to family. From the initial interview to the closing both my mother and I felt very confident in Terry's ability and knowledge of the local market. What my mother and I happily discovered was that Terry was also a very warm and caring person. The process of selling my mother's house took longer than originally anticipated. Because I live over 1,500 miles from my mother I couldn't assist her as much as I would have liked. It was Terry who talked with my mother daily and gave her the support and reassurance that everything would be all right and that she should proceed with the move. Terry kept in daily contact, always ready to help with the many tasks of moving--even helping load the van when we were leaving.During our four-day trip North there were daily calls from her to make sure everything was OK. How does the forclosure picture look in the Jupiter/Tequesta area? Any chance of finding a newer 3 bdrm with?

I have been showing property for the last week to a couple interested in foreclosures in the 300 range in Jupiter.
There are quite a few listings that match your criteria. I must say that he foreclosure homes are selling fast.
