About Me
Sharon and Tom Hall moved to the Myrtle Beach area about 15 years ago from King George, VA. We have lived in several Myrtle Beach locations since we moved here and currently live in Calabash, NC. We started working with Century 21 almost as soon as we arrived and we have been selling real estate here ever since. We are full time agents. We both earned our Broker's license and Sharon has earned her GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Only 4% of all Realtors have earned their CRS designation. We specialize in Residential Real Estate, Oceanfront Properties and 2nd Homes. We love Myrtle Beach!! We enjoy meeting new people and selling real estate in the Myrtle Beach area and we would enjoy helping you!!

How much should a house really be worth when buying?

Sharon Hall answered:
Tony,
No one wants to pay more than the property is worth and in today's market you shouldn't have to... Are you working with a Realtor? It is easy to look up for sales and past sales in any neighborhood here in the Myrtle Beach area. We can use the Multiple Listing Service and the tax records of past sales. This information should give you a good indication of the worth of the house in todays market. If you are not already working with a Realtor, feel free to contact me. I will be glad to help you. - Wed Sep 17 2008, 12:47

Myrtle Beach does have some public transportation. It is called Coastal RTA. You can call 843-488-0865 for more information or try their web site at http://www.coastrta.com.

Contact Sharon Hall at 843-455-6256 or shall523@aol.com if you know of anyone interested in buying or selling Real Estate here in the Myrtle Beach area. I am happy to assist. - Wed Sep 3 2008, 08:21

You definitely should look in the Little River and Calabash areas. In todays market you can get a very good price on new homes, often with the builder paying closing costs for you. Contact me if you would like more information on communities in these areas. I am happy to help you.
