Where should you look good question. If you want to rent your condo by the week you need Oceanfront.

Richard this is a pretty hard question to answer. How much is your downpayment? No one really knows what the market is doing. The Real Eatate Gurus are saying if you buy in this market and you plan on keeping the property for 5,7 or 10 years you should be ok.
