Sure, you can look up homes for sale by using the school district. It's very easy. You can go tohttp:// www.townerealty.net and click on mls search and enter the school district. You don't have to register or give any of your personal info. to do this search and it utilizes the MLS database so it is very accurate and has all the new listings. Be careful Carrie - most web sites have great info if your looking for new homes but as far as accurate information on recent sales I would check with the county government's tax records. Some county's records are now online. Cobb, Fulton and Cherokee are available. You can contact me and I'd be happy to do a free tax record search for you. Depending on where you Ballground you live it will probably take you about 1 hour and 20 minutes with no traffic and I would give yourself at least 1 1/2 hours just in case. However, if you will be traveling during rush hour it may take you over 2 hours! This is if you live close to I-575 and is highway travel time.
