About Me
I love my career. Real Estate is such a fascinating business to be in. I feel a person should love what they do and always be a "student for life" within their chosen field. As a result of my philosophy, I am always looking for ways to improve my knowledge for my clients.
I am certified in NEW HOMES and LAND sales,E-CERTIFIED (internet certification),S.M.A.R.T. Certified, Floyd Wickman's MASTER SALES Certified, REAL TECH Certified, and REALTOR Certified.
I continually take courses to expand my knowledge for my clients.

I have taken the HUD classes to be able to include HUD homes in my repertoire, as these properties require much more in-depth know-how to successfully market, show, and execute the contracts required.
My clients are My "Clients for Life" and take I great joy in keeping in touch with them forever! Their CONTINUED happiness with their Real Estate interests never end at the closing. I have helped people with buying and selling property throughout Connecticut. I do not limit my CLIENTS to where I want them to be, it is their home, they should live where they want to live!

My experience with the various types of properties is also vast. While single family homes are the most popular, I have also been involved with multifamily residences, commercial properties, land, and leases. This has given me the experience AND knowledge to assist my clients to the fullest.

Prior to my entry into Real Estate, I was in the corporate world for many, many years. This gave me a strong business foundation and the desire to make my clients happy. If my clients weren't happy, my company wasn't going to be happy with me. I feel it is in EVERYONE's best interests to make things go as smoothly as possible. I want to keep my Clients for Life, and this cannot be achieved without their expectations being met AND exceeded. Making my client's #1 Goal MY #1 Goal is just one way I focus my energy.

I am a very Outgoing and Organized person. My Calm, well Grounded personality lets me "roll" with any unexpected "bumps" that could ( and do) occur during some transactions. My Focus and Energy keeps me able to "go" longer than the energizer bunny! And my Experience means that I have the Knowledge to meet my clients needs.

NOT AT ALL!!!!
I am saying to have someone local to review the transaction as you feel you were decieved. The people I suggested SHOULD be unbiased and give you the BEST advise given your situation. You have already asked the bank and their agent about the credit. I encourage buyers and sellers to use separate attorneys for their closing representation. I also suggest next time to use an agent to represent you in any Real Estate business you do in the future. They have the expertise to negotiate the best deal for you. In most areas the buyers agent is paid through part of the fee offered by the seller's agent and seller. - Fri May 9 2008, 19:04
Do you have an agent or did you use the Bank's representation? You could go to your agent and their BROKER to review the contract and listing details. If you are still having a problem, try your REAL ESTATE attorney or the local BOARD of REALTORS office! - Fri May 9 2008, 18:22
Have you spoken to your agent about the sellers actually having the carpets cleaned? - Fri May 9 2008, 17:38

You're best move would be to talk to a mortgage specialist. Ask for referals from people you know and trust. You could also ask a Real Estate Agent for the names of 3 mortgage specialists they have worked with. If the mortgage specialist was experienced with subprime lenders, that would greatly be of help to you. Good Luck :) - Fri May 9 2008, 17:36
Specialties
I have three areas of business I "Specialize" in.

PreForeclosure aide for homeowners who have run into some "bumps" on the road of life...

First time buyers representation......as first time buyers have VERY specific needs....

and Customized Listing Services......as all home sellers DO NOT have the same needs.

The field of Real Estate requires an Agent to be a "student for life" to succeed!

Outside of Real Estate my interests are varied. My number one is my children. I love to spend time with my 2 children. We are avid campers!!! I also enjoy reading, music, sewing, dancing, bowling, and old movies. I enjoy a good debate over good food with friends and think there is no such thing as too many friends!
