"Hi Marian,I didn't get a chance to call you yesterday and I will be pretty busy at work this week, but just wanted to tell you a little about our trip.We had a beautiful couple of days. The weather was wonderful and the people were nicer than ever. You were right, I fell in love with every place we visited.Tennessee National was beautiful. The architecture of the homes and design we really liked. But we are occasional golfers so we felt it was not right for us.Bear Lake was out in the boonies, but was absolutely gorgeous. We loved it. We wish we could buy something every where we went.Briar Rose was beautiful. We loved the rolling hills and trees. It seemed like a lot was going on there. They certainly have vision for the future. We felt the most value for our money there so we bought two lots. One on the 9th tee and another equestrian site. We felt right at home.I am still thinking of that Bear Lake lot we picked out, but I think we made the right choice.Thank you so much for introducing us to these nice people. You have been very helpful and we appreciate all you have done.Thank you Marian."

"My wife and I would like to thank you for setting up our recent fly-down to the Hendersonville and Asheville areas to look over some of the developments you represent in that locale. The trip was most enlighting and will assist us greatly in our decision making over the next six months.The people that you put us in touch with at the various developments were a fantastic collection of people. They were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we found out as much as possible, not only as to their specific developments but to the entire surroundings as well. The towns of Hendersonville and Black Mountain both have much to offer.The development of Carriage Park shown to us by Bob Hanley was a great mature development and extremely interesting. As we indicated, it is probably the type of setting that is most attractive to us and thus a possibility.We will continue in our decision process over the next six months.
