Lisa Walker

"I am writing on behalf of my family in regards to Lisa Walker who has been working with us to buy our new home, as well as to sell our present home. We began to work with Lisa for the first time four years ago as she helped us on our search for our first home. Being such a major decision, and a nerve racking one for me, I so much appreciated how Lisa was always so patient with us, never pressuring us to make a move when we weren't quite comfortable with it. Lisa made our transition to homeownership as smooth as it could have been. This year, we made the decision to sell our home and buy something bigger to suit our growing family. Lisa was right there waiting to help us make our next move and immediately made us feel that we were in the most competent hands. Lisa is very honest and straightforward so we never felt that we were being placated or led on when it came to what we needed to do to sell our home. At the same time, she was always completely understanding of our situation and wishes, doing whatever she possibly could to help us. Lisa spent an entire weekend away trying to pull together an offer on a home and was on the phone with me probably 10 times a day while trying to enjoy a weekend off. I kept trying to give the girl the day off, but there was always one more call pushing things along. If I have a question or a request, Lisa gets back to me almost before I can hang up the phone or get back to my email mailbox, no matter what time it is. Lisa has a way of making you feel like you are her only client or at least her most important client, and she is truly working for you. When we had showings for our home, she was on the phone with me as she was leaving the house to give me as much feedback as she could possibly have, so we always knew where we stood. She has been a true advocate for us during negotiations, always putting our best interest first.Perhaps most important to me and perhaps what makes Lisa stand out from others is that she was always there to listen to me. There have been several times where this whole process has become very emotional for me, and no matter how hopeful, nervous, anxious, angry, excited or frustrated I was, Lisa always had a willing ear to listen to what I needed to say. She seems to have so much experience that she has always been able to reassure me that everything was going just as it should. This being such a stressful time in life, especially now with a greater financial risk and two toddlers to contend with, Lisa has just been a lifesaver. I can't say enough about the thoroughness of Lisa's work and the willingness with which she does it. This is why I felt so compelled to take time out of our packing and transition to let you know how much we appreciate everything she has done for us. Lisa absolutely deserves any recognition she may be due for her effort and hard work, and although I pray I never have to move again after next week, we will never work with another real estate agent. She's our girl!"
