I have lived in the Atlanta area since I was 8 years old. Having grown up in Buckhead and residing in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek Area, I am very familiar with Atlanta and the North Atlanta areas.
Before becoming a Realtor, I had a successful career as a Property and Project Manager, working for several property management companies during my career. I spent the majority of my corporate life as a Vice President in the Corporate Real Estate Services Department of a major bank. I also spent many years as an Independent Sales Director with a major direct sales company. With my experience from two totally different realms, I developed project management skills focused on "getting the job done" and sales strategies that I use to promote my listings and get them sold as quickly as possible for the highest profit to you.
I am told that I am attentive, responsive, patient, persistent, dependable and trustworthy.
Whether buying or selling, I am dedicated to providing excellent services in a caring, ethical and professional manner with my goal being to exceed your expectations every time.
You can count on me to represent you with honesty and integrity, always working in your best interest

Without knowing your particulars it is hard to answer that question. The amount of equity you have in the house, whether or not being a landlord is appealing to you, the condition of the house, the comps in the neighborhood, among other things would make it easier to give you advice as to whether it would be better to try to sell or rent. If your home is a showcase and you price it right, you have a good chance at selling it. You would want to see how your home compares to the recent sales as well as the others on the market in your nieighborhood. Homes are seling and while you may not sell it at as high a price as you might hope, you will be able to get a good deal on the house you will turn around and buy. I'll be glad to help you further.
