Not even a question in my mind. Rent that sucker. Grew up in Alameda, AHS class of 1980. The rental market has always been strong there and continues to be today. Hi Gale, I have been a Ripon resident for 3 years now, having moved from Modesto. The schools here are rated amongst the highest in San Joaquin County. It has been a blessing for all 3 of my kids. They recieve a quality public education in a smaller class size atmosphere. The public HS is just under 1,000 and Ripon Christian schools are well respected. Best of Luck! If buying a home in Napa from out of state should we use a Napa realtor or one in St Helena or other area?
