One of my favorite subdivisions in McMinnville at the moment is The West Wind Country Estates, located off of Hill Rd. Really nice 1/2 to 1 acre lots. There is also Michelbook Meadows, to get there, you turn left on Cottonwood off of Hill Rd. I haven't heard of one called MCM Estates. Let me know if you would like more information about these or if you would like me to send you a list of available lots in the McMinnville Area, I would be happy to do that for you.
