Can low commission hurt my sale?

Luke Constantino answered:
You got to crack a few eggs to make an omelette right?
If your Realtor is co broking the other Realtor needs incentive to bring a buyer also...

How do you decide on your Realtor?

Luke Constantino answered:
I tell them to google my name. If I can do that with just my name, think about how many people I can hit advertizing your property.

How Low do you go??

Luke Constantino answered:
Ask your Realtor for a CMA, look to what was recently sold and what the prices are on the market currently. Your area (like most) might be going through what everyone else is. Stay to current market value of 15% below, that's it.

You're going to have to weather the stoprm likie everyone else.

You need to go to an office and see them face to face...
That's it.

There is so much inventory and sellers yelling at Realtors they are not quick to answer many questions. On top of that, they have 20 times more buyers asking questions on each property.
There is no better way I can put it.
I hope this helps you. - Mon Jun 1 2009, 15:42

Interests
My interests are gourmet cooking, foreign or independent movies, classic novels/poetry, dance and music. My tastes are very eclectic. I love small, unique restaurants where the food is exquisite and the time memorable. I am also avidly into health and fitness but have been known to enjoy the self-indulgent things life has to offer from time to time...
