About Me

GOALS:

To achieve all my buyer's dreams by providing them with all the necessary information and technology to make an educated decision;

To achieve my seller's goals through proper marketing as-well-as stress-free negotiating utilizing my 14+ yrs of top producing experience and quick results.

LANGUAGES:

Speak Italian and some Spanish.

*B.S. Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College School of Engineering

*Started as a Real Estate Broker at age 27. Grew the business to over 32 agents today and was honored to become an independantly owned CENTURY 21 Franchisee in Feb. 2006 after 9 successful years as an independant broker.

*Westchester County Board of Realtors-Diamond Award recipient 8 of the past 10 years.

My wife Toniann & I have 3 beautiful children Sara-10, Anthony-7 & Frank-5. They are my inspiration and give me the strength to do what I do for others.

My brother Michael and my sister Maria are both licenced realtors in my office. Michael has been active in the business beginning as an IONA Collge Junior.

You can not time a high & low when buying real estate. Buy something because it suits your needs. Buy something because you are secure in your job and you need a tax benefit. Buy something because your family has dreamed about it for years. Buy something in your budget, be conservative and go for it. what's the right amount to offer for a home and have it not be considered a low ball offer?

It depends on the property you are bidding on. If the home needs TLC(Tender Loving Care) it is not unusual to see a "lowball" offer. Now is the time to be aggressive. There is no rule of thumb. Submit all offers, do not be shy. You may be surprised. - Fri May 16 2008, 12:14

There is no clear cut answer to your question. It all depends on the amount of monthly debt you pay. Your credit will play a major factor in your interest rate. The higher the interest rate the lower the amount you will be able to borrow. - Fri May 16 2008, 11:41

I am assuming that you are looking to buy a home. My parents came to this country with nothing in their pockets, they could not speak a word in English.
