Eric, rental rates for what--you are looking at a huge spread--a beachfront home in Destin can rent for as much as 6000/week in peak season. A two bedroom condo close to the beach can rent for 1100+ in peak season. Probably the best way to find the answer to your question is to look at property in the area you are inquiring about on VRBO--you can see rental rates and occupancy of particular properties in specific areas to get an accurate picture of what rental rates are in any given area.
