Very Good observation prices are all over the place in Jersey City. That being said, In Jersey City Now is a great time to Sell or Rent. Depending on what you bought it for. You should be asble to turn a profit. I have had about 10 buyer's from NYC, enquire about Jersey City Condos. The National Slow Down has affected mostly eveywhere including our beloved Jersey City.........

However Jersey City remains with super strong demand. And price is a function of Supply And Demand.

Good Question. But the answer can be very misleading. There are so many awesome condo complexes in Downtown A few come to mind. For instance it really depends on your budget. If you have a great deal of money . I think you would love the New Trump Tower's.
