There were a lot of stressful things about buying a home, but working with Karan was not one of them. He was level-headed, available, helped us be calm when it was called for, and got us moving when that was what was needed. He also set us up with a great mortgage broker. I hope not to buy a home soon,, but if we did we'd be calling him again. (it didn't hurt that he took us out to eat!!)
