In the past week I've received 4 incoming leads from the internet. That is equal to what I've received in the past 5 years.
I think it has to do with everything I do and it has reached some kind of tipping point. Build an understanding of this 2.0 thing and use it. Active Rain is good but I'm more of a fan of Trulia. I like the questions from the public and I enjoy writing. I've been on Trulia for a year now and am a Top Voice in my area. Put yourself up on all the social network sites, Blog. I attended a course last year that was put on by TopProducer where Dustin Luther spoke about 2.0 marketing. Look him up and see if he is coming to your area. He is an early blogger.
