Current market condition in Carolina Pines and entire New Bern area is still definitely buyers market but it appears to be picking up in the last 2 months or so. If you consider selling in the Carolina Pines I would advise you not to wait to long as this is the best time of the year for you. Military is moving primarily during the summer and school year is almost over and that makes it the beast time to sell. Fortunately for you inventory in Carolina Pines is not overwhelming and there are currently only two homes for sale in Carolina Pines that are similar to your home, for your convenience use this link below to see them.

This home is located on a small lake and only a block from Neuse River as you can see it is situated on almost an acre and in the back property is surrounded by water witch provides you with a great privacy. Anytime you are spending that much money and especially with current market condition you want to look at all of the available options. When dealing with foreclosures it comes down to the property some of them are great deals and some are NOT. Get yourself good buyer’s agent and just see what is out there.

Without buyer’s agent you don’t have any representation! Buyer’s agency is the only way for you to have agent on your side and looking out for your best interest. Buyer’s agent will do the work and located the properties for you and they usually have access to more resources plus they will guide you trough the process. Negotiating is a hard and complex process and you do want to have a professional on your side. Buyer’s agency is agreement between you and the agent and in the case that you have problems with that agent it can be terminated as well, so don’t feel locked in and communicated with the agent. There is nothing wrong with interviewing few agents until you find one you feel comfortable with.
