I work in the Las Vegas valley. I love real estate and helping people realize the American dream of homeownership. What is the lowest percent down payment that a realotor will accept?

A real estate agent does not determine a down payment. That is something you will determine with your lender. There are programs to help with downpayments especially for first time homebuyers. There are also closing costs but depending on the property you may be able to get the seller to pay some of those costs. A good Realtor will be able to guide you.

I live in Sun City Summerlin. I am well versed in this retirement community. We have parks here in the community, several rec centers abundant activities. It is ideal to ride a bike to shopping ( or a golf cart) If you so desired you would never have to leave the community. We have post offices, dr's, denetist, resteraunts, and more.
