FHA does require certain inspections to be performed. If you are buying a bank owned property you may be able to delay the inspection costs until you have acceptance of your offer from the bank. - Wed Jun 4 2008, 07:01

A couple of questions. Are you looking for a principal residence or is the condo a vacation home and you would be looking to do a 1031 exchange. If you are looking for a beach community I would reconmend Narragansett, South Kingstown or Charlestown. Charlestown having the lower tax rate. Your question is too ambiguous. What are your primary concerns? Schools, Municipality, Taxes, close proxcimity to highways, in-town locations, etc. We would be happy to enter any of your questions or concerns. I have just the person for you, infact she has all the properties she manages filled for the up coming school year. Call me at 401-788-3715 and I will give you her information. The two best area's for student rentals are Eatward Look & Bonnet Shores. Homes in Eastward look go for a little bit more than the 400 range however Bonnet has good rental properties in the 350 -400 price range. If you want more information on these houses let me know. I would strongly recommend at least 4 bedrooms. Going rate is $500 per bedroom. Look forward to hearing from you. Have a great day.......Bob

Presently there are 6 properties being marketing in Slocum Woods of which 1 is a foreclosure.
