"This letter is to commend the performance of Dennis Leffert, broker associate for ReMax in Naples, FL. Dennis became our real estate representative about April 20, 2007, after our condominium had been for sale since March 2006 with no potential buyers. Within 10 days we had an offer on the property that didn’t happen to work out, but, by May 21 we had another offer that did, and we closed on July 2, 2007. So, in about 6 weeks, Dennis was able to sell our property when it didn’t have one interested buyer in the previous 13 months. We know this didn’t just happen by chance. It took Dennis’ intense focus and knowledge of the economy in FL and the use of resourceful marketing strategies to make this come together. He effectively used his ReMax contacts and marketing resources to advertise our property. When we first started with Dennis he explained the importance of pricing properly. He gave us the facts of housing and pricing as it exists in Collier County at this time and made sure we determined at what price we wanted to list our condo. He then proceeded to have open houses, following up on potentially interested parties and speaking with other agents in Naples about our property. Dennis’ communication skills are exemplary and he kept us abreast of all issues even though we live out-of-state. He delivered on everything he said he would such as open houses nearly every week, following up on potential buyers, distributing information to colleagues about our condo and maintaining frequent contact with us. We found him to be up front, truthful and ethical in his dealings with us. Additionally, Dennis assisted us with a few minor inspection issues and represented us at closing.
