I see that you are an agent....you should be able to get all the info from the mils. If you are not an agent and would like access to Listing Book which lets you search our mls like an agent I would be happy to set you up. I would need your email address and your criteria to do that. Listing book is a great new resource for people looking on line to finde their home. You get updates of price changes, new listings and comparables.
