Also at http://www.napleshomepage.com/recent_sales_menu.htm are Average Sale Prices for these communities for the past 4 Years, so you can see if you're getting a deal or not !!!

Some of the best deals are with Bank Owned homes viewable on Google Maps at http://www.napleshomepage.com/google_bank.htm

Also, I have received several calls from Canadians looking for manufactured homes in the Naples area, so placing and ad there may help. They know a deal when they see one: Weak US dollar and low prices

Firstly know what properties are selling for in that area and that type of home.

The home will sell if it gets exposure on our local MLS and is in fair/good showing condition but especially, priced right and that's where my website can help.

Pulte is one of the biggest residential homebuilders in our area and have several successful projects going back over 15 years.

While a builders good reputation may not always help an individual problem, there should be some peace of mind that the have been stable for a very long time.
