Kathy Rukat

Hi, I'm Kathy Rukat. "Helping Find the Sandcastle of Your Dreams" is my goal as your REALTOR.

I am originally from Walhalla, South Carolina . I graduated from Clemson University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Financial Management. Having always loved the sun, sand and ocean, I could not pass up a job offer in Myrtle Beach . My love for the area has only grown through my transition from occasional tourist to full-time resident!

Before entering the real estate market, I worked at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. At Merrill Lynch, I got involved with the real estate market by helping clients obtain mortgages for their new homes, second homes or investment properties.

I believe "being involved" is the key to success! I serve as the Young Alumni Representative for Clemson University 's Women's Alumni Council for the Myrtle Beach area. I am also active in the Grand Strand Chapter of the American Business Women's Association. I am a former member of the Garden City Beach Community Association, and I am a member of Garden City Baptist Church.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors and Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. I earned my Just Listed Certified Professional designation from House Values in June 2005. I have worked with Keller Williams Realty since September 2004.
