Kevin went above and beyond what a typical agent does. Anytime I had a question he answered it immediately. As I was involved in a very complicated short sale, he kept me informed and stayed on top of all parties to push the sale through. He also negoitated with the owner for us to rent the house while we went through the short sale process.
