Do you need a CO (Certificate of Occupancy) before selling your house in Haddon Township (08107)?

The C/O in Haddon is a sidewalk inspection and Fire Safety inspection. You need a smoke detector on every floor and carbon mono detector outside the bedrooms in hall and Fire exstingher in the kitchen.
