"I have known Karen Grimes for 4 years. She has been a great friend and I admire her work ethic, confidence, sense of adventure, limitless curiosity and loyalty. Karen is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent. She does her homework and stays up to date with real estate issues and regional news."
