I like to think I bring integrity back to real estate. My experience as nurse has given me a unique approach to real estate. I'm not just helping you find a house but creating a lifestyle and securing a sound investment. When selling your home many agents will tell you what you want to hear; especially in a slower market. While the truth is sometimes difficult to hear it may save you time and money. My combination of integrity, dedication, caring, and hard work makes me an agent that you can trust to get you through one of the most stressful times of your life. My coverage area includes Morris and Sussex counties. My offie is located in My Arlington, NJ just off Rt 80.

Liz I think you need to talk to your realtor and if you don't feel you have gotten anywhere you can call the office to speak to the manager. They may be able to provide insight to your situation and help get you going in the right direction. - Wed Nov 26 2008, 14:23
I know it does not sound right but if they are disclosing this information it is ok. They are completely representing themselves in everyway. With that in mind you would be best served as a buyer to have an agent that is not affiliated with this agent/attorney/seller. So you have someone looking out for your best interests. If you need help finding an agent in your area feel free to contact me. 973-223-7206 Jean Doyle - Tue Nov 25 2008, 05:02
You are there to make sure that the home is in the condition that you originally saw it in. Also to verify that repairs if any from home inspection issues have been addressed. You want to home to be completely vacant. I you do not have a walk thru and just close. If there are any issues when you go to move in there isn't much you can do about it. - Mon Sep 1 2008, 14:56
Is this a multi family home? In that case it can be a great investment. - Wed Aug 6 2008, 08:50
Why would someone work for you when you have no respect for them? It is not legal to "split" a commission with a buyer or seller. That is a kick back. Good luck in your search for an agent that will take you up on this. - Fri Jun 6 2008, 12:22
