It definetly sounds like you an agressive approach. I have had buyers looking for REO's and getting them under contract rather quickly. Ususally within 2 weeks from starting working with them. You need to know the information on the homes you are placing offers on, as well as how long its been on the market, comps for the area to make sure you are getting a good deal, but at the same time beating the competition.
