Not all websites keep accurate and updated information and some property websites just get enough information on their page to attract home buyers in order to solicit banner ads on your screen for products and services. The register of deeds for the county and the Tax department for the county will usually have to most recent and available records for the home you are trying to look up. However, using the register of deeds can be tricky if you don't know the sellers names. Try looking up the tax bill and then take the names and look up the deed on the register of deeds website. Sometimes the tax card will give you the purchase price, square footage, age of home, etc.

Lake Norman is a beautiful area with a lake that has over 500 miles of shoreline. We have mild winters and lots of activities being only 30 minutes north of Charlotte. I moved here from miami, fl and I love it. Find out more on my website.

Denver, NC has a very low tax base if you are buying in the county only, and you have great access to Hwy 77 into Charlotte and are right next to Lake Norman with over 500 Miles of shoreline! You can search properties on my website http://www.sandyisyouragent.com
