I would look at all the recent sales in the area (with your Buyer's agent) and then look at all the homes that are currently on the market. I would not hesitate to make an offer that you feel is your best offer. The seller can always turn it down if it doesn't meet there needs and they may just take it! Good Luck! - Wed May 14 2008, 10:17

Hi Lanna,
There are so many townhomes on the market right now in Germantown and Gaithersburg. We currently have three really wonderful listings right now, 20019 Apperson Place priced at 289,000 with closing cost help, 20456 Afternoon Lane priced at 349,000 and Lark Song Terrace priced at $399,000. I also learned about a new website called CrimeReports.com. It is really interesting. If you have any questions please feel free to call or e-mail me I would be happy to help you. - Sun Feb 10 2008, 11:12

Hi Paul,
Check out TheRealEstateTomato. They make wonderful blogs and you could add IDX to your blog. It is reasonable and very effective.

we are renting but the house is in forecloser what now?

Ann Marie Clements answered:
Hi Lora,
I would move out. If the bank owns the home they could change the locks, you need to protect your property. - Sun Feb 10 2008, 04:23
Ann Marie Clements answered:
Hi Sue,
You should probably rent and get to know the area before buying. This is a wonderful time to buy but you have to be very sure before you do. I hear that the area is very nice but you just never know and you don't want to be stuck living in an area that you are not 100% sure of. Good luck! - Sun Feb 10 2008, 04:20
