Hello Rushan! Actually, this house is "contingent upon inspection." In other words, there is an contract on it, the price has been agreed upon, but the wise buyer is getting a Home Inspection, and possibly other inspections done. If the results are satisfactory, or if the seller agrees to any repairs the buyer may ask for, then it will go into "pending" status. In this MLS, you, the public, can view any listing until the time it is considered to be a "done deal." - Sun Jun 14 2009, 16:38
You can go to Yahoo's "local", montgomery, pages and get reviews on that topic if you would like. I would be happy to assist you in buying a home or renting, if that is what you are interested in! Feel free to contact me at any time. - Fri Apr 3 2009, 13:18
Yikes, Carolyn, that is not just "sticky," but actually sort of "icky!" If one of our office Agents knows a Home in another Agent's neighborhood is expired, they will give a courtesy call before they make an attempt to call on the seller. Newbies are anxious, especially now, to get business and the house would be "fair game" if the established agent hadn't sewn up the deal. Let 'em see who gives the best listing presentation and let the seller decide. May the best Agent win! - Thu Mar 19 2009, 16:30
The answer to this question is, "It Depends!" If you owned the home, but did not live in it during the last three years, you may still qualify as a "First Tim Home Buyer." If, however, you did live in the home you owned, the $8000 stimulus money will not be a benefit you can receive. : ( The good things is, if you ARE going to buy another home in another state, the interest rates are terrifffffic and the average cost of buying a home is down, which should allow you to get a larger home than you would have a few years ago! If you decide to move to the Great State of Alabama, give me a call and I will fix you up!! - Thu Mar 19 2009, 16:25
According to the MLS, it was built in 2003! Good Luck in your search. - Sat Nov 8 2008, 18:53
