Your best bet would be to call a Lender to answer that question. Tell them that you would like to get pre-approved to purchase a home and they will run your employment info and credit info and give you a straight answer. It is fantastic, though, that you are at least aware some credit issues could affect your ability to qualify. If you need in help in your search for a home, feel free to call or e-mail me. I can help!
