Sheri. Find out why they have decided to go FSBO. Is it because they want to save the commission or is it because they had a bad experience with an agent before? You have to demonstrate how you can be of use to the FSBO. I would not ask for the listing. Just stay in contact and listen. Send them just listed, just sold cards and regular market updates pertaining to their neighborhood.
