Do you see O.C prices going lower like inland?

The buyers will dictate what the market will be. I don't pretend to know how the economy will adjust to the many problems. All of my buyers are still in their homes because I took the time to make sure they were educated to understand the process of purchasing a home. The right price will always be what the buyer can afford and how much the lenders will approve them to purchase. I have had 14 potential buyers come to my open house and they are on their way to purchasing now when they were unable to last year due to high pricing. - Tue Jul 22 2008, 14:30
