This home is a short sale. It shows temporarily off the market on our MLS right now. Short sales can take longer to close than other sales, but if you are interested I will get you in to take a look. It still shows that it is occupied by the owners, but getting an appointment should be no problem. There is another home in Logan's Bluff (220 Faith Drive) that is a foreclosure listed at $128,900. This is a nice home because I used to have it listed before it went into foreclosure. I feel sure that the price is negotiable as well.
